The Role
Sitting within a high-performing Finance & Commercial function, you’ll partner closely with leaders across finance, commercial, and operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering budgeting, forecasting, month-end, and financial reporting across core business units
Providing analysis on trading performance, consumer trends, cost drivers, and margin outcomes
Supporting financing operations, including group financials, cashflow, cost analysis, and treasury models
Partnering directly with key finance leaders and executives
Enhancing reporting, dashboards, systems, and forecasting tools to support scale
About You
You’ll thrive if you’re sharp,
curious, and commercially engaged.
Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
CA/CPA qualified or progressing
~3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or audit/advisory
Robust Excel and modelling capability; exposure to ERPs and reporting tools
Confident communicator who enjoys business partnering and solving commercial problems
Comfortable in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
