The day to day
- Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs
Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor

- Preferred: Community or hospital OT experience
Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
Requirement: Valid driver’s licence, insured vehicle
