As a Leasing Executive, you’ll play a key role in maximising leasing income and achieving occupancy targets across our Build to Rent assets. You’ll be the face of our LIV brand, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving leasing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed leasing targets outlined in asset Leasing Plans.
Manage the sales pipeline: contact leads promptly, follow up, and ensure data integrity.
Conduct property tours and showcase the LIV value proposition.
Negotiate current leases and renewals, ensuring accurate system updates.
Collaborate on marketing materials and local business partnerships.
Provide occupancy and market reports, and contribute to business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in real estate or sales.
Proven success in lead generation and achieving targets.
Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent License (mandatory).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Tech-savvy with Salesforce, Yardi, or StarRez experience (desirable).
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple assets as required.
