We are currently seeking a full time renderer to join our talented team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the trade, who values quality, precision, and professional growth.
About the Role
Hands-on rendering and application of microcement, polished plaster, and other decorative finishes
Working on luxury residential and architectural projects
Preparing, mixing, and applying materials with precision and care
Collaborating with site supervisors, architects, and team members to achieve design outcomes
Maintaining a clean and secure work environment
About You
Previous experience in rendering, labouring, or material mixing
Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow on the job
Driver’s licence and reliable transport essential
Experience on high-end homes highly regarded
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
