This role is perfect for someone who loves style, enjoys helping people feel confident, and thrives in a calm, detail-oriented setting.
What You’ll Do
Front of House / Reception
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage bookings, phone calls and enquiries
Maintain a beautifully presented reception and showroom
Optical Support
Assist clients in selecting frames from our luxury collections
Provide honest, personalised styling advice
Learn the basics of optical dispensing (full training provided)
Support the team with general administrative tasks
Who You Are
A polished communicator with strong customer service skills
Confident, friendly and able to build rapport easily
Passionate about fashion, luxury products or design
Detail-focused with a calm, professional manner
Comfortable learning new skills and working in a boutique workplace
Experience in retail, reception, fashion or optical is a bonus — but not essential
Hours
Part time role
Flexible days with potential Saturday morning work
