The Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Service Scheduler & Office Administrator to join our team. If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, talking to people, and staying on top of the details, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be coordinating our technicians, managing bookings, supporting the office, and helping make sure jobs get done on time. No two days are the same, and you’ll be working with a friendly, down-to-earth team.
How The Role Works
Scheduling and dispatching technicians for a range of maintenance works
Taking service calls and emails and booking jobs into the system (training provided)
Keeping job notes, logs and records updated
Following up on job progress and communicating with clients when needed
General office admin — data entry, filing, ordering supplies, basic invoicing support
Helping with safety and compliance paperwork
Working with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day
What We’re Looking For
Experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatching or similar admin roles
Someone organised who can juggle multiple tasks at once
Strong phone and communication skills
Comfortable using job-management or scheduling software
A positive, proactive attitude — someone who likes to solve scheduling challenges
Ability to work well with both clients and tradespeople
Extra points if you’ve worked in trades, maintenance or facilities before
