About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing and/or Property Paralegal to join our busy Conveyancing team. You will play a key role in managing matters from start to finish with our Conveyancing Manager.
What you'll be doing
Managing conveyancing files from contract to settlement
Monitoring matter progress and tracking key dates
Liaising and guiding clients through every stage of their matter
Liaising with banks, agents, brokers and banks
Utilizing PEXA including settlements
Ordering and receiving searches
Preparing QRO form
What we're looking for
Proven conveyancing experience
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Team player and calm under deadlines
A team member who lives on the north side of Brisbane
