What you’ll be doing?
Proactively engage in high volume outbound calling to introduce Compare Club’s services and generate new leads.
Expect to make approximately 200 outbound calls per day, dedicating around 3 to 4 hours to active talk time to maximize connection rates.
Use your communication and persuasion skills to initiate conversations and discuss the benefits of comparing health insurance with Compare Club.
Meet realistic KPI’s and targets in a supportive, encouraging environment.
