Redcliffe Skips is a locally owned skip bin hire company operating across the Redcliffe Peninsula and Moreton Bay, serving both residential and commercial customers. We pride ourselves on providing rapid, friendly, and responsible waste removal delivering skip bins in a variety of sizes and types, helping our community clear clutter safely and sustainably.

Essential Experience
Confidence using a computer and learning new systems
Positive communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face)
Robust organisation and time management — able to keep track of bookings and tasks
A team-player attitude with a willingness to pitch in and problem-solve
Reliability — we’re looking for someone who shows up and takes pride in their work

Position Purpose

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our small team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things on track,



and learning new skills along the way.

Day to day, you’ll be the first point of contact for our skip bin customers taking bookings, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also support the wider business with admin tasks like data entry, scheduling, and keeping our records up to date.

You don’t need to be an expert in Xero or fleet allocation (though it’s a bonus if you’ve dabbled) what matters most is your attitude. If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and like working in a friendly, supportive environment where growth is encouraged, we’d love to hear from you.
