MNC Strata is a division of Harcourts Mid North Coast based in Port Macquarie and South West Rocks.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual/s to join our strata management team based in our Port Macquarie office.
2 positions available, one for a senior strata manager proficient in all aspects of strata management and capable of conducting AGMs on behalf of Body Corporates and an administration assistant.
Requirements:
Must be proficient in all aspects of Strata Master software.
Experienced in onboarding current strata plans.
Ability to type minutes accurately and efficiently.
Capable of preparing and sending levies in accordance with schedules.
Experience in conducting AGMs
Work Schedule:
Up to 5 days per week adaptable schedule if required
Location - Based in Port Macquarie
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,489.30 – $112,628.76 per year
Work Location: In person
