About the role
PJL Group are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Mechanical Workshop Manager for an opportunity to work with a excellent team in a up-to-date workshop boasting the latest diagnostic and repair equipment.
Skills and experience
Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
Provide effective workshop supervision and leadership
Develop a culture which encourages self-driven personal development, teamwork and collaboration
Schedule and monitor work
Support a safe working environment
Ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
Effective communication with the team and clients on job progression
Previous maintenance and rebuild experience preferred
Knowledge and experience with mobile surface and underground fleet
Liase with other departments to ensure effective resourcing
High level communication skills
