The Legal team support the legal and compliance function of this private markets investment firm in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. The Role
As Paralegal, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of legal and compliance matters that support investment activities and internal governance. You will:
Prepare and review legal and regulatory documentation
Perform administrative duties to implement legal and compliance processes
Support ad hoc legal projects, including legal research and internal corporate governance matters
Requirements
Team player who excels in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Exceptional organisation and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Prior experience in a paralegal role, ideally within a similar industry
Able to adhere to a consistent, yet adaptable schedule of 3 or 4 days per week
Australian permanent resident or citizen
