QC Officer – Food Manufacturing
Location: Morningside, Brisbane | Immediate Start
We are seeking a motivated QC Officer to join our Morningside site immediately. This is a fantastic chance to work in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and compliance are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and verify production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Support Production Managers and Supervisors in CCP duties and staff training
Identify and report non‑conformances, taking immediate corrective action where required
Check and verify controlled documents,
including FG release
Actively participate in WHS programs and uphold non‑negotiable safety rules
Collaborate closely with production team leaders and operators to maintain high standards
What We’re Looking For
Ability to work AM and PM shifts (earliest start 6AM, latest finish 3AM)
Must have reliable transport (public transport not suitable due to shift times)
Previous food manufacturing or QC experience preferred (FMCG highly regarded)
High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to compliance
Completed GMP training course desirable
