Casual Motel Guest Services / Front Office

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Guest Services / Front Office staff member at Muswellbrook Motor Inn.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (casual, between 12 - 24 hours/week)
Location:
Muswellbrook Motor Inn, Muswellbrook NSW
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting and checking in guests with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings and updating reservation systems
Responding to guest enquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
Handling payments and issuing receipts/invoices
Coordinating with housekeeping and management
Laundry duties and preparing linen
To be successful, you’ll need:
Previous customer service or front office experience (hospitality preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and confidence using booking systems
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
A positive attitude and a calm, friendly approach under pressure
