The role
Accor Plus is looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join our Pacific team on a 3-month contract, with an immediate start, to support our core ALL Accor+ Explorer member communications. If you’re robust in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and copywriting, and you thrive in fast-paced digital environments — this one’s for you.
What you’ll do
Build and deploy e-cards and e-newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Write and prepare copy and assets across email, website and social channels
Test hotel offers and liaise with hotel teams
Maintain the weekly campaign plan,
Asana schedules and monthly reports
What you’ll bring
3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or CRM
Solid hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills (DEs, Journeys, builds)
Excellent copywriting ability and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Bonus: Asana or WordPress experience
