We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hindmarsh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate, supportive, and forward-thinking team committed to providing exceptional service to the community.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Developing effective solutions to meet customer needs
Liaising with customers and drivers to coordinate transport services
Building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
Delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards
Promoting a positive image of the company at all times
Maintaining a protected and compliant workplace in accordance with OHS policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A customer-centric and solution-focused approach
The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
A friendly, reliable, and skilled attitude
