Role Type:

Casual. Full time equivalent hours (40 hours/wk)

About SeeWay

SeeWay is a personalised support service for people with permanent low vision. From learning recent tech to finding helpful resources or just having someone to talk to, SeeWay is here to support people with low vision and their loved ones every step of the way.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing all incoming calls and emails.
Development of training topics and modules related to digital literacy.
Coordinate & deliver digital literacy training programs for low vision clients, across topics such as social media, online safety, travel research,



accessibility features, and smartphone use.
Manage the referral process for SeeWay clients into third party provided services such as mental health support.
Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date client records
Conduct period engagements with clients to gather feedback and insights around their experience
Aligned with direct customer feedback; support the iterative improvement of the digital platform and the development of continuously improving workflows of client communication and experience

Skills and competencies:
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Robust interest in technology and universal accessibility
Comfortable with ambiguity
Previous experience developing training related resources and delivering training preferred.
Previous experience utilising CRM tools, CMS and adjacent technology platforms for automated marketing.
