In this role, you'll :
Lead the crucial technical components of a sensitive, large-scale rail-network Infrastructural Change Project working alongside a group of Designers and Managers.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design & Content, this role will see you build relationships with critical stakeholders, lead the project and pioneer education on recent business processes while having a tight focus on the highly technical elements of the project.
This is a fixed term position until 30 / 06 / 2024. You will be required to work from our George st Sydney office a minimum of 1 day / week and optimise hybrid ways of working.

About you
You’re a qualified and experienced Learning Design Manager or Senior Instructional Designer with exposure working on large, complex and technical Infrastructural projects.
You have over 5 years of relevant L&D; experience within Blue collar industries and specialise in complex projects.
You must have a minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a background in Engineering or technology will be highly regarded.
