THE ROLE
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Site Manager role
Proven ability to deliver projects independently, overseeing all trades
Robust knowledge of construction methods,
materials and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Manage subcontractor inductions, onboarding, and compliance using Buildpass.
Manage and chair subcontractor meetings and monitor performance.
Issue and close out non-conformance and corrective action reports.
Ability to motivate and lead site teams
Robust organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
Experience delivering commercial and/or industrial projects across varied sectors
High computer literacy with confidence working across multiple platforms
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades and subcontractors
A positive attitude and desire to work with likeminded individuals who value good humor and an easy-going environment
