AWX is recruiting a well-presented and detail-oriented Administration Assistant for a 3-month data entry project at a Burnside hospital-based client site. This role is ideal for someone with robust data cataloguing skills, high accuracy, and the ability to interact professionally in a customer-facing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and digital cataloguing
Cross-check information across multiple sources for accuracy
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
Organise and pack physical files into boxes for archiving
Interact professionally with on-site client staff
Support general administrative duties as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry and cross-checking / cataloguing
High attention to detail and accuracy under minimal supervision
Well-presented with positive communication skills - customer-facing role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
Working With Children (WWC) Check - Required
National Police Check - Required
Ability to commit to the full 3-month duration
