What You'll Be Doing (Your Daily Missions)
Helping with personal care - showers, dressing, grooming, all the real-life essentials

Following support plans like the legend you are
Noticing the little things — and letting the right people know
What You'll Need in Your Utility Belt
At least 3 months' experience in personal care, disability, or mental health support
Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or working towards it)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Driver's license and reliable vehicle with CTP insurance
A valuable sense of humour (non-negotiable — trust us)
