We at Vital Community Care, are a small, friendly team based in Hoppers Crossing. We’re not about corporate buzzwords or cookie-cutter support. We simply believe people deserve to feel valued, understood, and supported in ways that actually make sense for their everyday lives.

About the Role:
We’re looking for Disability Support Workers who bring kindness, patience, and common sense. You’ll be working one-on-one with our NDIS participants, helping them with the things that make day-to-day life smoother, more enjoyable, and more independent.
Being able to speak clear, fluent English is key-our participants rely on valuable communication to feel safe, comfortable, and understood.
What your days could involve:
Helping someone get ready for the day
Supporting with appointments, shopping,
or social outings
Encouraging independence and celebrating wins, big or small
Following easy support plans so everyone’s needs are respected
jotting down a few notes so the team stays updated
No two days will always look exactly the same-and that’s part of what makes the job meaningful.
What you’ll need to have:
A reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
Police Check
Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening
A qualification in Disability, Community Services, or similar
Current First Aid and CPR

Pay: $34.00 – $35.00 per hour
