We’re looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead the sales and delivery of temporary works and structural support projects. You’ll work closely with the Branch Sales Team and Operations leadership to manage projects end-to-end — from business development and quoting through to installation and dismantle.
This is a hands‑on role where your technical insight, relationship‑building skills, and commercial acumen will drive project success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Promote and grow the sales of structural support/temporary works systems in collaboration with the Melbourne Sales and Operations teams.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil and construction sectors.
Liaise with customers, engineers, and contractors to ensure all supplied systems are fit for purpose and meet technical requirements.
Prepare and manage project quotations, track leads, and drive conversion through proactive follow‑up.
Coordinate with the branch to ensure equipment availability, scheduling,
and logistics for installation and dismantle.
Support planning and resource allocation across staff, equipment, and transport.
Achieve regular call and activity targets in partnership with the sales team.
What You Bring
Technical knowledge of temporary works or structural support systems (e.g., formwork, shoring, falsework).
Proven sales and/or project management experience in the construction industry.
Solid communication and relationship management skills across all stakeholder levels.
High level of computer literacy and robust analytical capability.
A proactive approach with a passion for driving growth and delivering results.
