Role & Duties
Assist with property viewings and tenant enquiries
Manage rental applications and leases
Liaise with tenants and landlords
Maintain accurate and timely data entry across systems
Create and post property advertisements to attract quality tenants
Maintain property records and documentationSupport the property management team
About You
Current WA Real Estate Registration
Relevant real estate experience
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
In-depth knowledge of the Perth property market
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Qualified presentation with strong communication abilities
Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about real estate
