Junior Property Lawyer
A fantastic opportunity for a junior property lawyer to join a national commercial firm known for its robust property practice and commitment to professional development.
Working closely with a senior leader in the firm’s Commercial & Property team, you’ll gain valuable experience across a wide range of property matters in a supportive, high‑performing workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with residential, commercial, and off‑the‑plan property transactions
Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, disclosure documents and settlement statements
Managing files from instruction to settlement with appropriate supervision
Liaising with clients, agents, developers and external parties
Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions and due diligence
Conducting research and preparing property‑related advice
What We're Looking For
1–2 years PAE in property or commercial law, ideally with exposure to transactional property work – ESSENTIAL
Sound drafting and legal research skills
Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
Willingness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team
Confidence in communicating with clients and stakeholders
