The Role
As the Assistant Commercial Property Manager , you’ll support the management of a major retail portfolio. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, tenant liaison, lease administration, and financial reporting, while learning from some of the best in the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with lease compliance, renewals and rent reviews
Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
Liaising with tenants and responding to enquiries
Preparing reports and budgets
Managing arrears and invoicing
Supporting the Senior Property Managers on portfolio strategy
The Criteria
We're looking for someone who brings experience, energy, and a proactive mindset .
To be successful,
you will have:
Previous experience in assistant commercial property management
Robust knowledge of property management processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
A current WA Property Management Registration

$70,000–$80,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
