About the role
Our partner is transforming workplaces worldwide through their market‑leading operations platform, helping teams work more efficiently, safely, and confidently - and they're looking for a Team Assistant who thrives on bringing order to complexity. In this role,
your exceptional problem‑solving and organizational talents will allow leaders to focus on the bigger picture while you ensure everything runs like clockwork.
What you’ll be doing
Navigate complex calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Be the vital point of contact between the SLT and stakeholders, ensuring that vital information is communicated clearly and effectively
Contribute and support the execution of ideas and strategic initiatives by assisting in project management, including tracking milestones and preparing presentations and reports
Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
What you’ll bring
Proven experience as a Team Assistant
High‑level organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work and adapt in a rapid‑paced workplace
Adept in using Google and Microsoft Office Suite
