Role Objective
Build and embed a consistent, enterprise-wide Training and Capability Framke that supports the Company's strategic and operational goals
Facilitate training sessions and workshops across all levels of the business to strengthen capability, confidence and leadership
Drive continuous improvement in learning design, accessibility and delivery to enhance workforce improvement and service quality
Partner with operational leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans to support performance, safety and career progression
Support the implementation and optimisation of the LMS
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, education, organisational development or related field
Minimum 7 years' experience in Learning and Development leadership roles with large andcomplex organisations
Proven success in developing and implementing enterprise-wide training and capability frameworks
Experience in ensuring compliance and quality standards while creating engaging, accessible learning experiences for all employees
Robust knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and blended learning methodologies
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing LMS
Ability to travel interstate as required
