What You’ll Be Owning:
Running a fast-paced cocktail bar, leading from the front and keeping service smooth under pressure
Driving cocktail culture, ensuring every drink looks and tastes world-class
Creating “wow” guest experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest
Training, mentoring, and inspiring bartenders to deliver consistency, speed, and flair
Who You Are:
Passionate about cocktails, mixology, and keeping standards sky high
Experienced in leading high-volume bar operations with energy and confidence
A natural at delivering excellent service, great drinks, and a great vibe
Ready to step up, train, and motivate a team to perform at their best
