Deployment Lead – Finance Project | Adelaide | Contract / Temp
Pay: $90-$100/hr + Super (Temp) | Hours: 37.5/week | Location: Hybrid (3–4 days in CBD office) | Contract: To June 2026, with potential extension
We are seeking a highly capable Deployment Lead – Finance Project to support a major finance system reform program. This is a critical role that will oversee deployment activities and manage a Project Officer in supporting the broader project team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of deployment activities for assigned groups.
Organise and facilitate working group meetings; manage Go-No-Go checklists and risk reporting.
Maintain project documentation in Jira and SharePoint, ensuring version control and stakeholder tracking.
Supervise a Project Officer and ensure alignment with project goals and team structure.
Liaise with stakeholders across multiple agencies and workstreams to ensure smooth deployment.
About You
Robust experience in project or program management, preferably with finance system or ERP deployments.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and governance processes.
Comfortable supervising junior staff and coordinating across multiple teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to diverse stakeholders.
Full working rights in Australia; NPC clearance or ability to obtain.
Role Details
Start: Immediate to next few months
Contract: Temp to June 2026 with potential extension
Location: Hybrid, Adelaide CBD (3–4 days/week)
