As a part of our growth we urgently require a Business Analyst to be part of our south center team in Perth and help drive transformation projects for our customers.
Requirement Details/Skills
● Gather, analyze and document business requirements, processes and workflows
● Identifying, Investigating and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices
● Consulting with users and programmers to design improvements to the functionality of websites and apps
● Develop functional specifications for use by system developers
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that address our clients' needs
● Use data and process modelling techniques to create system specifications for the design and development of system software
● Act as a central reference and information source,
providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
● Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle
● Use project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost resource and manage projects
● Provide support and training to end-users on the implemented solutions
● Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the delivered solutions
● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
● Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
Bachelors in Technology, minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and over 8 years of experience in ICT solutions for enterprises.
The remuneration package is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Realistic and achievable incentives and bonuses paid.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $106,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
