This chance will allow you to :
Represent both buyers and sellers in commercial property transactions across a wide range of asset classes.
Advise in off the plan development work.
Act on commercial office, industrial and retail leasing.
Work with clients such as retail and property developers, commercial building owners, family-owned businesses and government departments.
The team undertakes a diverse range of engaging commercial property work, which ensures there is constant variety in the work to keep you challenged and engaged.
About you
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented legal practitioner with the skills and ability to run files through to completion, under the guidance from our partners.
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you :
Have previous experience in commercial property.
Have ideally 3 to 5 years post admission legal experience.
Are highly organised with excellent file management skills.
Enjoy solving problems in a commercial context.
Have a genuine interest in the property and real estate sector.
Build and nurture client relationships with ease and professionalism.
Are driven to deliver top-tier service and outcomes for your clients.
