Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will have solid HR generalist skills, experience managing staff in a fast-paced setting, and a solid understanding of payroll administration, overtime calculations, and performance management. ACIPM certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.




Handle employee relations and support staff welfare initiatives.
Implement and support performance management processes, including appraisals and staff development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Prepare HR reports for management as required.
Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and disciplinary management.
Accurately calculate overtime, shift allowances, and other payroll-related components.
Administer payroll processes and ensure timely salary payments.
Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
ACIPM certification is an added advantage.
2 - 3 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Proficient in payroll administration, overtime calculation, and shift rosters.
Experience in performance management and HR reporting.
