Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and support across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise senior leadership on legal risks and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
• 3–5 PQE (Post‑Qualified Associate) lawyer with robust commercial awareness.
• Experience in financial services law, regulatory compliance, or complex transactional work.
