This is an exciting chance to join a fast-growing, family-owned Access Hirebased in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. Priding their services on providing technologically-advanced solutions for access equipment, they are leading the way in servicing clients on excellent customer service, equipment quality, safety, and technology.
Due to their recent and continuous growth, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team in a newly-created position.
About the role
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be primarily responsible for identifying opportunities to sell the services and equipment of the business across industries such as construction, infrastructure, mining, and warehousing. By building, maintaining, and managing strong client relationships, you will also provide excellent customer experience by having hands‑on knowledge of the equipment catalogue, conducting site visits, and ensuring all quotes and inquiries are followed up.
You will bring
Previous experience in a similar position in accesshire (essential) – 3+ years
Technicalknowledge of EPW's, Lifts, Forklifts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
Proven ability to win recent business and identify new sales opportunities
Flexibility in working hours to meet client needs
