Job #SL – Speech Language Pathologist – Camden, ME
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Camden, Maine . This is a full-time opportunity to provide critical care to geriatric patients in a supportive, team-oriented, and patient-centered environment.
Position Details:
Location: Camden, ME
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $42 – $47/hr (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and create customized treatment plans
Deliver therapy targeting speech, language, and swallowing issues
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
Supervise CFYs and support personnel
Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Maine SLP license
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship)
Preferred: Experience with SNFs or geriatric populations
Technical strengths in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy
Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
