What We’re Looking For:
Workers Compensation and / or WID Experience: You’ve managed at least 100 personal injury matters.
Solid Drafting Skills: You write explicit, concise legal documents with confidence.
Caseload Management: You handle a high volume of files with efficiency - no room for perfectionism, just results.
Client & Advocacy Skills: Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
Proactive Approach: You’re detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and focused on outcomes.
Public Liability Experience (Desirable but Not Essential): Candidates with PL experience are also encouraged to apply.
