About Your Role
Deliver paediatric speech pathology services across multiple programs within the Paediatric and Youth Hub.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for children with communication and language difficulties.
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, family-centred care.
Provide therapy and capacity-building support to parents, carers, and early childhood educators.
Participate in specialised clinics such as the ASD Assessment Clinic and Pathways to Good Health (Grade 2 and 3 roles).
Engage in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and professional supervision (Grade 2 and 3).
Maintain accurate client documentation, manage caseloads efficiently, and meet performance targets.
Your Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology & Speech Pathology Australia Membership
Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
Sponsorship available for the appropriate candidate.
Experience working with children in community health, early childhood, or educational settings.
Solid assessment and intervention skills in paediatric communication and language disorders.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
Your Advantages
Competitive hourly rate: Grade 1: $43.85 - $48.17 per hour; Grade 2: $48.18 - $55.40 per hour; Grade 3: $55.60 - $63.54 per hour.
