Are you passionate about clinical research and ready to make an impact on patients’ lives? We’re looking for aClinical Research Associate (CRA) to join a quick-growing biotech company (confidential) that’s advancing cutting-edge therapies in neuroscience.
Responsibilities
Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure trials meet the highest quality standards.
Review and verify study data for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with site staff and cross-functional teams to solve challenges and keep trials on track.
Identify and escalate any protocol deviations, safety concerns, or data issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
3+ years of CRA or site monitoring experience.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50–75%).
Extra Credit
Experience with CNS or rare-disease trials.
