Salary : $80K to $130K

Locations: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide.
The Role: To strengthen and build the business client base. Develop growth strategies for implementation across the business.
Requirements
Price paint packages for projects.
Review of tender documents (Finishes Schedules, Drawings, Scope of Works, etc.).
Ability to read Architectural Drawings.
Review measurements provided by our Estimators.
Rate Bill of Quantities and generate the quotation.
Attend post-tender meetings.
Negotiate prices with Clients to secure work.
Review internal and external Contracts.
Build relationships with clients, including coordinating social events.
Engage in comprehensive project delivery efforts and coordinating with the site team.
Management of won projects from start to end.
Skills & Experience
High-level of experience in sales (painting industry preferable).
Industry contacts in construction an advantage.
Sound knowledge of MS Office suite.
Solid communication skills.
Understanding of the Construction Industry and related practices.
Must Have
Sound knowledge and understanding of Architectural Drawings and Finishes Schedules.
