Key Duties
Plan, supervise, and oversee menu-based catering for up to 50 people
Successfully manage, mentor and develop your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs
Deliver a high‑expectation premium experience to our clients
Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
The Person
Unwavering passion for food cooking and creating nutritious meals
Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing high‑performing teams
Skilled in stock control, ordering, budgeting and food cost management
Committed to sustainable practices and sourcing local produce
Experienced in overseeing daily operations, staff training and performance management; Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
