Legal Advisor
Base pay range: A$165,000.00/yr – A$175,000.00/yr

Duties:
Advise on operations, clinician and commercial contracts (including government).
Support disputes, privacy matters, compliance, regulatory issues, and M&A;/JV activity.
Build robust working relationships with senior leaders and operational teams.
What You Bring:
5–8 years PQE from a top/mid‑tier firm or robust in‑house team.
Experience in service industries (ideal).
Knowledge of consumer/competition and privacy laws.
Experience in M&A;/JVs and complaint handling (preferred).
LLB (or equivalent) and admission to practise in Australia, with support provided to gain NZ admission.
Must have Australian Citizenship or Citizenship for Recent Zealand.
You can be based in Auckland or Brisbane.
