About the Roles
We currently have multiple opportunities for Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP) within a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and a passion for seasonal produce (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail
A positive attitude, strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and productive kitchen
Availability to work evenings and weekends
