John McGrath Auto Group is seeking a receptionist/registration clerk to join the team at our KIA dealership in Woden.

We are looking specifically for a receptionist with the following attributes:
A friendly and approachable personality
To be extremely well presented
To have fantastic communication skills
A genuine interest in people
A drive to succeed
The ability to work unsupervised
An honest & reliable work ethic
Confident Computer Skills
Solid time management and organisational skills
The role involves:
Meeting & Greeting Guests to the dealership
General paperwork & admin tasks
Keeping the Showroom tidy
Assisting the sales team
Other admin duties as required
Vehicle registrations and warranties
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.pm.
