The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you'll lead the team on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively. You'll manage daily operations, including resources, plant, and subcontractors, while keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise land development, underground, pavement, and earthwork projects.
Plan and manage in office activities, ensuring safety and quality.
Direct and support the team, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
Oversee resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in supervising land development, underground, or earthwork projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Commitment to safety and OSH practices.
Construction White Card and Driver s License.
Permanent work rights in Australia.
Must pass a pre-employment medical.
