New Vehicle Sales Executive We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive to join the team at Audi Springwood.
What The Role Entails
Customer Engagement & Enquiries: Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for recent clients to expand the customer base.
Lead Management & Follow-Up: Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
Sales & Target Achievement: Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
Product Knowledge & Promotion: Staying updated on the latest product features, perks, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid skills in negotiating deals that balance customer satisfaction with business goals.
A genuine commitment to delivering industry‑leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences.
A self‑motivated team player who’s ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and have fun along the way.
