You’ll be exposed to a wide variety of corporate and commercial work including: Public and private M&A; transactions Equity capital markets (ECM) deals Corporate and commercial advisory work Commercial contracts and strategic business advice Work across sectors including mining, industrials, and tech What We’re Looking For
5+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law Solid drafting and negotiation skills across transactional and advisory work Commercial acumen and confidence working directly with clients Interest or experience in a variety of sectors (mining, industrial, tech) A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and mentor junior lawyers What’s On Offer
