Store Team Member – BIG W
We’re expanding at BIG W, a leading Australian retailer, and we’re looking for energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join our store team as a Store Team Member. This role offers a fun and flexible work setting with real growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
Stock product displays in departments to ensure a shopping‑friendly environment.
Pack online orders in one of our fulfillment hubs.
Provide efficient checkout experiences for customers.
Contribute to a consistently high‑quality service experience each day.
Qualifications
Genuine love for retail and passion for great customer service.
Flexible team player capable of working across all departments.
Agile and adaptable to change.
Reliable and ready to work a flexible roster, including evenings and late nights, seven days a week.
