LPD Surveys is looking for experienced Surveyors to join their team. The role involves measuring and assessing land and property to help with planning and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct land and site surveys using GPS, total stations, and other tools.
Analyze survey data and prepare maps and reports.
Set land and property boundaries following legal requirements.
Work with engineers and architects on projects.
Use CAD software to create drawings.
Make sure all work follows laws and safety standards.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or similar.
Experience in surveying for construction or land development.
Skilled with surveying tools and software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills and teamwork.
Surveyor registration or license if needed.
Work Setting:
Work includes both outdoor surveying and office work.
