Sales and Production Manager – ALINKA Fine Jewellery
ALINKA Fine Jewellery is seeking a Sales and Production Manager to join our team in Double Bay. This pivotal role bridges production, operations, and sales, ensuring our creative vision is executed seamlessly while delivering exceptional client experiences.
You’ll manage end-to-end jewellery production, nurture supplier relationships, oversee inventory, and contribute to boutique sales performance. This role blends technical jewellery knowledge with luxury retail finesse.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier relationships, production workflows, costings, and quality control
Support product development with our Creative Director
Maintain accurate inventory across retail and e‑commerce
Drive sales performance and deliver exceptional VIP client experiences
Support boutique operations, visual merchandising, and event preparation
Provide insights on product performance and client trends
About You
3–5+ years in fine jewellery, luxury retail, or jewellery manufacturing
Solid understanding of jewellery production processes; CAD interpretation a plus
Proven sales ability and client relationship skills
Highly organised with exceptional communication and presentation
Professional, polished, and adaptable in a quick‑paced environment
Preferred Bench jeweller or goldsmithing background, GIA certification, luxury CRM experience.
